Shipping Information

At Madeline’s Munchies, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Whether you’re enjoying one of our favorite pantry finds or sending a thoughtful gift, we want your experience to feel as special as the products themselves.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During seasonal launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier but typically range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Food & Perishable Items

Because many of our products are food and beverage items, we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery, particularly during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Madeline’s Munchies is not responsible for damage resulting from packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes or provide reimbursement for lost packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
